Bonfire Injury Being Taken Up By Law Firm

Claims Management UK

A poor lady that received serious injury as the result of a bonfire, has had her personal injury case taken up by a law firm.

The ladies name is Kalvinder Gahir, and she suffered skull and brain injury at the Cliffe Bonfire Society firesite. This was during bonfire night of 2007.

Witnesses are of the opinion that an effigy of a giant seagull came falling down, and exploded in the face of the poor, poor lady.

She is now receiving representation from a law firm called Stewart Law LLP, that is based in London, and specialise in the personal injury market.

The whole incident carried a high level of severity, and the lady in question is still to this day receiving treatment. There is the urgent need for more eyewitnesses, so that Mrs Gahir can get the optimum amount of recompense- the recompense that she deserves.

It was a good job that Hurstwood Park Neurological Centre were on top form, and able to treat Mrs Gahir, who could have just as easily died. She was in receipt of life saving emergency surgery, which in itself punctuates the severity of the situation.

It was weeks until she could go home, so she can expect a fair amount of compensation for her pain, suffering, and inconvenience. There is a criminal investigation that is ongoing. Lewes District Council wants to get to the bottom of it.

Representatives of Cliffe Bonfire Society are not prepared to admit liability, and remain ambivalent as to the reputability of the claim. Hence the need for more witnesses.

It is a real worry for everyone that is affiliated with Mrs Gahir, as she is still unable to function properly, a good year on from the incident.

Lewes MP Norman Baker is of the opinion that Lewes bonfire celebrations are notoriously dangerous, and that people should be aware of the risk factor, and take appropriate precautionary measure.

He went on to make reference to the litigious society that Britain is becoming. A micro States, whereby people would rather suffer for some free cash, than be completely healthy.
