Britons Void Of Protection Insurance As Economic Slump Threatens Jobs

Claims Management UK

A massive amount of people in the UK, are finding themselves balancing precariously on a knife-edge of financial insecurity, because of a lack of payment protection insurance.

A poll has been released by a leading comparison website, and by their reckoning, as little as 14% of people in the UK, have an active payment protection plan in place.

And an even more shocking discovery, is that a quarter of the population, (employed) are unaware of what payment protection is, and so are completely unaware of what PPI stands for.

Regardless of the type of financial commitment that is being protected, such as loans, mortgages, or credit card repayments, The people of Britain should be making an effort to protect themselves.

Perhaps there should be a government drive to highlight the benefits of PPI, as these studies signify that a big part of the problem is ignorance.

The reason that so many people are unaware, is because the financial sector has failed to educate people. It is all well and good having a million and one adverts on television, for personal injury, but surely there are more pressing issues to overeducate people about.

What with there being an expected 10% drop in the amount of recruitment in the last quarter of the year, it should be something that anyone, (employed) should be considering.
