Personal Injury Firm Records Record Results

A Cheshire based company that deals with personal injury has been doing markedly well, as relatively young as they are. They are delivering record damages for the clients that they represent, in fact.

The practice is just five this month, and has 36 people working for it. It has been doing so well, that in a year, the amount of compensation that it has won, has risen from 6.4m to 7.9m.

The firm is situated in Wilmslow, and they primarily deal with catastrophic injury. As well as this though, they handle clinical negligence, industrial disease, workplace and road accidents, and overseas criminal injury.

It was this company that had the tenacity to tackle the securing of compensation for two soldiers that got injured badly, whilst in Afghanistan. The lady at the helm of this success story, reckons she is ecstatic at having such a jaw-dropping year. She reckons that is nothing to do with avaricious propensities, or inclinations, but the feeling that she is helping folk. She's looking forward to expansion.

Prior to what she did subsequent to that, she was managing partner of another firm.

And if this one women success sage were not enough, then the lady has been short listed for Personal Injury Lawyer of the Year, which is kind of like a jurisprudence version of the MOBO's, for white legal people. If she could add this to her huge list of accolades, then she would transcend humanity.

She said that it is nice to be impotent, but more impotent to be nice, but off the record.

She wants the firm to become a global phenomenon, a conglomerate, and the antipode of the recession.

Most of all she wants to buck the trend of personal injury victims being treated like numbers, in a call centre fashion, and feels that acting as though you are treating people in a personal way, is far more salubrious to end of year figures.
