You Can Reclaim Your Unfair Bank Charges

The company goes by the rather ominous name of Cartel Client Review. They are a company that offer debt management and claims services, but not without fees. They are of the opinion that they can get 70% of customers that they speak to, refunds of up to £1500 pounds. And they will do this to new clients to the firm, void of charges and commission, which sounds to good to be true.
A spokesperson for the company admitted that they would not be able to get the absolute amount recovered for its customers, due to the surreptitious actions of the banks, in relation to the manner in which they conduct the whole repayment scenario. It has been estimated though, that the company can win back approximately 70% of the claim value for its customers, though.
It has been claimed via a comparison website, that due to the freeze of the claim process, which in itself is due to the High Court ruling, there is an estimated £714m still tied up, which is the monies of around a million angry, irked, bated customers. This waver has certainly worked against the consumer, who has had to be placed in a cue like a static, void plebiscite.
It is understood that 28/10/08 will see the resumption of the case, but only so that the banks can have their say, in relation to the OFT being allowed to decide whether conditions are unfair. It is also going to be decided, whether the ancient terms of banking can be used to base any decisions on, in relation to this whole case.
There were a great deal of customers who were relying on a common law ruling, in order to be able to claim back monies, but this went for the banks, and against the consumer. This worked out bad for the proles that wanted their idea of justice.
It is now believed that the only remaining hope for consumers, is to try and make a claim, that is directly relational to financial hardship. Along with this, it is thought that claiming on such grounds, does not call for the use of any agency, that operates on a no win no fee basis, as this only serves to agitate the banks, as well as cost money.
